Koza Novel Materials held the "119 Fire Fighting Skills Competition" in the afternoon of November 21 at the west gate of the Company to improve the enthusiasm of all employees of the Company to learning fire safety knowledge, care about fire safety work, and participate in fire safety activity, and improve the comprehensive skills of employees to deal with coping sudden accident in the form of education in fun. 10 teams and a total of 60 employees participated in this activity. The competition followed the principle of safety first and competition second.
Before the start of the game, Zhang Tongming, Deputy Director of Koza Novel Materials, delivered a speech and made a pre-game mobilization. Gong Qiang, Manager of the Security Department, announced the rules of the game. This competition included four parts: fighting the initial fire, cooperating in SCBA wearing, one person two water belt connection, three people cooperating in water belt sorting and connection water jet target. The order of the competition was decided by drawing lots.
With the issuance of the "start" control of the competition, the participating team members were unwilling to fall behind according to the competition procedure, and each action was standardized, operated quickly and competed bravely. In the competition, the players made a series of actions quickly, coherently and methodically, striving to complete them in the shortest time according to the norms. During the competition, everyone fully took the advantages of the level of firefighting skills trained on weekdays.

This firefighting skill competition process was close to the actual combat, promoting training through competition and training, further consolidating the actual combat skills, comprehensively improving the firefighting skill and tactical level of the employees of the Company, and promoting the "competition, learning, catching up, helping and surpassing" military training competition activity.
The United team of the Administration Department and the HR Department finally won the championship with a total time of 1 min and 44 s after intense competition. The first team of the Polyester Department won the second place with 2 min and 40 s, and the third place was won by the representative team of the Storage Department with a score of 2 min and 45 sec.
Through this activity, we further consolidated the learning foundation of the majority of employees' fire protection knowledge and fire protection common sense, improved the ability to apply application fire protection knowledge in practice, and more importantly, we can make employees have a deeper understanding of the fire protection work policy of "prevention first, prevention and elimination".
